Hemorrhagic Coli (HC) Agar 500G

Hemorrhagic Coli (HC) Agar is recommended for isolation and enumeration of Escherichia coli, the primary strain causing hemorrhagic colitis with an enzyme labelled monoclonal antibody as per APHA. The method of usage involves homogeniztion of test sample in peptone water, filtration through Hydrophobic Grid Membrane Filters (HGMF). The filters are then layed onto Hemorrhagic Coli (HC) Agar followed by incubation.
