Modified Rappaport Vassiliadis Medium 100G

Modified Rappaport Vassiliadis Medium is recommended for selective enrichment of Salmonellae from food and environmental specimens. This medium is a selective enrichment medium for isolation of Salmonella from foodstuffs, environmental and clinical specimens. The test specimen is to be first added to Buffered Peptone Water for pre-enrichment followed by inoculation into Modified Rappaport Vassiliadis Medium and and further subculturing on Brilliant Green Agar.
