Papaic Digest of M-Protein 500G

Papaic Digest of M-Protein is manufactured by enzymatic hydrolysis of milk protein under controlled condition by using papain as an enzyme for digestion. It is rich in proteoses, peptides and free amino acids. It is recommended for bulk production of antibiotics, enzymes and biomolecule production. It can also be used as an ingredient in microbiological nutrient media for cultivating microorganisms. It is equivalent to Papaic Digest of Casein.
