SBG Enrichment Broth, Modified (Twin Pack) is recommended for the selective enrichment of Salmonella species. The composition and performance criteria of this medium are as per the specifications laid down in ISO 3565, 1975.This medium have been widely used as enrichment medium for the isolation of Salmonella. Brilliant green and sodium hydrogen selenite, inhibit the growth of gram-positive organisms and enteric organisms except Salmonella species.
