Semisolid Nutrient Agar 100G

Semisolid Nutrient Agar is recommended for detection of Salmonella species on the basis of motility and hydrogen sulphide (Hâ‚‚S) production. It is recommended by BIS committee under the specifications IS:5887(Part III)-1999. It is a basic culture medium used in water and food studies. It is generally used for maintenance purpose or to check the purity of subcultures
