AC Broth is recommended for cultivation of common aerobes and sterility testing of solutions and biological products without mercurial preservatives. This medium is used for early and luxuriant growth of aerobic, anaerobic and microaerophilic microorganisms. It can be used for isolation and cultivation of many pathogenic and saprophytic aerobes, sterility testing of solutions and biological products not containing mercurial preservatives.
