Endo Agar, Modified 500G

Endo Agar, Modified is recommended for the detection of coliform and other enteric organisms. It is used to differentiate gram-negative bacteria on the basis of lactose fermentation, while inhibiting gram-positive bacteria. This mediujm is also used to isolate the typhoid bacilli.
