L-Growth Top Agar 500G

This nutritionally rich medium was developed by Miller for cultivation and maintenance of E. coli cells for genetic and molecular biology studies for purposes of strain maintenance, cloning, plasmid propagation, and protein expression. It provides all nutritional requirements. It contains 0.7 % agar for preparaing top layer on media plates.
