Modified Lauryl Sulphate Tryptose Broth Base is recommended as a pre-enrichment medium for Cronobacter sakazakii from milk and milk products. This medium is recommended for pre-enrichment of Cronobacter sakazakii and is in accordance with ISO 22964. Enrichment is carried out at 44°C for 24 hours and subcultured onto selective agar.
