Saline Ppetone Water w/ NaCl 500G

Saline Peptone Water w/10% NaCl is recommended for performing salt tolerance test for vibrio species from food, animal feeding and environmental samples in area of food production and food handling. The composition and performance criteria of this medium are as per the specifications laid down in ISO 21872-1-2017. Vibrio alginolyticus survives at 10% NaCl while other species of Vibrio gets inhibited.
