Slanetz and Bartley HiCynthâ„¢ Medium 500G

Slanetz and Bartley HiCynthâ„¢ Medium is used for the detection and enumeration of Enterococci by membrane filtration technique. It can be also used as a direct plating medium. The medium is highly selective for Enterococci. The medium is prepared using chemically defined peptones instead of animal peptones to avoid BSE/TSE/GMO risk associated with animal peptones.
