Tryptone Water w/o Sodium Chloride 100G

Tryptone Water w/o Sodium Chloride is recommended for detection of Vibrio cholerae and Vibrio parahaemolyticus. It is recommended by BIS committee under the specifications IS:5887(Part V)-1976, Reaffirmed 2005. Vibrio parahaemolyticus grows luxuriantlly at high sodium concentration while Vibrio cholerae does not grows on the media.
