Yeast Nitrogen Base (YNB) Trace Elements is used for the growth of all strains of Saccharomyces cerevisiae. This should be mixed with salts, amino acids, a carbon source and a nitrogen source for the vigorous growth of yeast strains. Used for preparation of SD/SDA
